As a Quality Compliance Leader you will have the responsibility and the defined authority for the implementation of documented QMS and FSMS; and for evaluating these in relation to the appropriate American and International Standards. Plan and direct activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of the ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 quality and food safety systems and its standards for industrial processes, material and product. Reports on the performance of the QMS and FSMS to top management (Plastipak Packaging, Inc.) as a basis for continual improvement.

You Will
Manage all aspects Quality Auditor, assuring documentation on materials, processes, safety protocols and finished product
Monitor key metrics, including customer concerns, returned goods, holds and corrective actions, with a focus on measuring compliance, resolving issues & identifying improvement opportunities
Analyze statistical data & generate reports for internal & external customers
Work with ISO Management Representative to ensure Quality Protocols (work instructions, forms and record retention) are in compliance with ISO standards
Uphold & contribute to our positive work environment where safety, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction are top priorities
You Have
Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of combined school and work experience in a similar position
Minimum of 1 year of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working within an ISO-certified environment
Knowledge of manufacturing quality assurance tools & methodologies
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma & continuous improvement
Experience completing and managing internal audits
