NWI Nashville LLC, a tier I supplier of aerostructure components of commercial and business jet aircraft is seeking Part Processors.

Occupation Summary
This occupation requires the loading, securing, sequencing, timing and unloading of parts in racks for purposes of processing the parts by chemical and treatment processes such as etching, cleaning, degreasing, stripping, anodizing, alodining, etc.

Work Performed
Plans and performs a sequence of operations, following established methods for chemically processing aircraft parts. Set up and operates the various cranes, loading equipment, and processing tanks, determining and make adjustments as required. Determines emersion times and temperatures when information is not furnished or by following the Job Instructions. Maintains solution in tanks by monitoring and assisting with necessary additions as needed to solutions. Metal tag parts as required to maintain traceability.

Performs duties incidental to the accomplishment of the assigned tasks. Performs data inputs, buy-offs, and work order data in MES system for all parts.

Computer proficiency to navigate systems for labor charging, access work instructions, record completion of work, Paycor, MES, PII's, etc.

Each employee will be responsible for safe work habits and maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping in his work area as directed as well as assuring the accuracy of their work.

Minimum Qualifications
Must have had one (1) year experience in metal treatment or similar process, plus crane training.
