**Forklift Operator**

**Job Description**
We're looking for an experienced reach truck forklift operator to test our robotic forklifts and help us improve reliability and the operator experience. You'll operate the forklifts both by interacting with our state-of-the-art automation technology and manually. You'll work with our engineers to identify improvements to the product.
* This position requires a current forklift operator certification.
* Pay: $25/hour.
* The schedule is Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm primarily
* Willing to travel to customers' sites.
**How You Can Make an Impact**
* Operate Third Waves forklifts in our warehouse.
* Manage Third Waves autonomous forklifts via our software system.
* Coordinate with engineers to maintain the forklift operation schedule.
* Coordinate with engineers to manage testing of new features.
* Work directly with engineers to assist them in testing and development of new features.
* Provide feedback on the design of the operator console to our frontend team.
**Desired Qualifications**
* Two years of experience operating a reach truck and counterbalance forklift.
* Current OSHA forklift operator certification for indoor forklift operation is required.
* Experience with standard office productivity tools (Google Docs, Slack, etc.)
* Experience with warehouse software tools is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
