Sanitation Lead - Military veterans preferred

E&E Foods is launching a search for a Sanitation Lead at our Renton, WA plant. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of tasks that include leading the sanitation team as well as cleaning and sanitizing all production machinery and equipment throughout plant including conveyor belts, screens, filters, fryers, pipes, walls, totes, rollers, tables, and freezers, and ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.The successful candidate will:A successful candidate is someone who can learn quickly, think independently, lead others and cooperate with coworkers in a fast-pace, diverse work environment. We are looking for hard workers who have the ability to stand for long period of time while occasionally having to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.RequirementsJob Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Able to work overtime and weekendsAbility to work in fast paced environmentWork as part of a team and individually to complete tasksMust be able to follow verbal and written instructionsAbility to lift and or move up to 50lbs frequentlyPrevious sanitation experience is a plusPrevious food manufacturing experience is a plusMust be reliable, dependable, and hardworkingAdheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelinesSupervises/leads the sanitation team.Must be bilingual - English and SpanishSALARY & BENEFITS: •The starting wage is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour•Medical and Dental insurance.•Paid Time Off•Holiday Pay•401(k) with matchingWORK ENVIRONMENT and LIVING LOCATION: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
