**Sales Assistant**
Sales and Business Development Saint Paul, Minnesota Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Compensation **$15 per hour** Ewald Consulting, a leading Association Management Company is looking for a driven, organized Sales Assistant to help our state, national, and international clients execute their sales strategy. We are looking for difference makers who will help Ewald Consulting fulfill on its mission: *Serving at the intersection of business, government and society to improve industries and professions.*
Description:
Ewald Consultings sales team supports different associations with sales strategy, planning, and execution including but not limited to: annual sponsorship sales, advertising sales, conference sponsorship/exhibitor sales, and membership sales. As a Sales Assistant, you will use systems and processes to maximize revenue and growth for our clients in these areas.
Responsibilities:
* Learn the ins-and-outs of the associations for which you perform sales functions
* Conduct prospect development specific to each client
* Research new and potential prospects and add them into Ewald Consultings sales pipeline
* Execute compelling email solicitations to prospective sponsors and advertisers
* Engage in telephone outreach to prospective sponsors and advertisers
* Learn and execute sales functions following the Ewald Consulting sales process
* Actively and accurately track sales activities in the companys CRM system
Requirements:
Ewald Consulting seeks a motivated, creative, charismatic, detail-oriented individual who will assist in the growth and performance of our sales department. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skill with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Proficiency working with Microsoft Office is required and experience with HubSpot is preferred. Candidate should be a Junior or Senior in pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Communications or related degree program.
