**Job Description**

Currently, we are seeking a sales assistant for a Japanese food company in Seattle WA. Japanese bilingual skill is a MUST. Experience in working at an international company and office tasks are preferred.

**Duties**

* Support sales team and provide customer service

* Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

* Arrange shipment and maintain inventory

* Assist accounting related activities

* Answer calls and inquiries

* Other duties such as Admin Assistant as assigned

**Qualifications**

* Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (Speak, read, and write)

* Excellent attendance and punctuality and time management skills

* Good communication skills and customer service

* Work experience in the office environment

* Ability to multitask, flexibility, and adaptability

* Attention to detail

* Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
