We are a divorce and family law firm looking to hire an up-and-coming expert as our Legal Intake Sales Specialist. When our prospective clients reach out to us for help, they're often experiencing an emotionally difficult period in their lives. Our intake specialists provide our potential new clients with the ultimate telephone experience with the goal of scheduling them for a case evaluation. It requires the right combination of verbal skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the basic root of their legal issues. If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences.

This important position involves complete administrative duties related to client intake and retention. Additionally, if you have experience in law offices (special bonus points if you worked in a family law firm), strong knowledge in sales, and are looking to take that next step in your career, this position is for you!

Responsibilities

•Builds customer relationships with new and existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other methods of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services
•Schedules and "sells" the prospect on an initial case evaluation with the firm
•Sets the tone and the pace of the client's phone call
•Obtains all relevant/required information from the prospect and inputs same into the CRM platform
•Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult times
•Treats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as a Monday morning call
•Conveys confidence on the phone
•Has personal and professional integrity and accountability
•Understand that the prospect needs help and the firm may have the solution and will do everything possible to ensure the prospect is guided to their desired outcome

Qualifications

•Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry
•Comfortable/Strong using computer technology
•Inbound sales experience is a plus
•Divorce and Family Law exposure a plus
•Strong multitasking skills
•Coachable- and loves to geek out on personal and professional development opportunities
