**Job Description**

Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the operations through administrative needs. Sales Assistant is responsible for the accurate data entry, documentation with timely manner, and organizing the information.

**Status:** Full time + Excellent benefits or Part Time ( No benefit)

**Duties**

* Enter the order data

* Issuing Purchasing Orders

* Issuing invoices

* Following up with customers

* Other tasks maybe assigned

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred

* Japanese and English language proficiency

* Managing time with frequent interruptions

* Ability to work independently as well as others
