Our baristas and bakers act as ambassadors for our food platform, preparing our freshly baked pastries and food offerings using premium ingredients. BakerJob Summary and MissionThis position contributes to success of the Roastery and Reserve stores by preparing beautifully assembled salads and sandwiches and freshly baked pastries and pizzas to be served to customers. A Roastery and Reserve baker is responsible for preparing all food items, proofing of pastries and breads, the assembly and baking of products. They are expected to demonstrate culinary leadership by preparing and assembling quality food products in a fast-paced environment.
