**Description**
ITU AbsorbTech is looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will support both our First Aid supply and ITUdirect divisions. ITU AbsorbTech, headquartered in New Berlin, WI, is one of the largest family-owned industrial laundry service companies in the nation with 14 locations throughout the US, each with an outstanding safety record.
First Aid Supply: We provide first aid cabinet restocking services through regular, scheduled visits to ensure products are in-stock and up-to-date. We are committed to helping companies comply with OSHA and ANSI first aid workplace requirements ensuring first aid cabinets are always filled with what they need.
ITUdirect is a service for our ITU AbsorbTech customers, offering one-stop shopping for corporate apparel and gifts. We offer in-house embroidery to add company logos for brand recognition.
**The Insides Sales Coordinator will** :
Work with marketing team to create and modify sales, marketing and branding materials to support the First Aid and ITU direct segments
Provide prospecting, telemarketing, product launches, and order processing support
Assist First Aid Specialists and ITU direct personnel in appointment setting
Provide metrics and data reporting that accurately reflects the success in the development and growth of sales programs
Conduct skilled presentations that differentiate ITU AbsorbTech from its competitors by emphasizing our competitive market advantages
Perform administrative and data entry support for sales records, scorecards, and invoices.
Maintain all customer communications, contact and account history information in CRM.
**What we are looking for:**
A High School Diploma and 3-5 years of related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous inside sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment
Incumbent must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and be a self-starter
