Summary:Physical Therapist
Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is searching for a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as the developer of therapy program services, for our local ministry, Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL. This role is responsible for evaluating all assigned patients and developing, implementing, and executing a treatment plan as outlined by plan of care. The Physical Therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers and self-professional development. This position traditionally reports directly to the Director of Rehab Services, and will be based in
Shelbyville, IL.
The ideal candidate is a talented professional, who demonstrates excellent written, verbal and listening skills, is detail-oriented, organized and compassionate. This leader must also be flexible, empathetic, dependable and patient.
