Sales Assistant Location: San Francisco Job Description The Sales Assistant/Intern is responsible for assisting and supporting our sales team in all aspects of the selling process.

This full or part-time, hands-on role will report directly to our Showroom Sales Manager and be based in our beautiful San Francisco showroom. We provide competitive compensation, including a base salary, health and wealth benefits, a vibrant atmosphere, and opportunities for professional growth through continuous training.

Responsibilities:

Managing our CRM system

Shipping samples

Managing the sample library

Accepting all deliveries

Implanting organization in existing systems

Occasionally assisting clients in the showroom and on the phone.

Occasionally assisting ownership on personal matters

Maintain product merchandising and showroom aesthetic.

Take offs from architectural floor plans (If Auto CAD Proficient)

Basic drawings in Auto CAD (If Auto CAD Proficient)

Support a healthy atmosphere for clients and team members that promotes company values.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or student currently enrolled in bachelors program.

Individuals who are enthusiastic to learn and grow while beginning their career in the A&D Industry.

Proficient in Auto Cad and Microsoft Office is a plus but not required.

Multi-tasking and workload prioritization skills.
