Job Purpose

TradeMark Residential is looking for a talented leasing consultant and sales professional to join our team in our Raleigh/Durham market. In this role, you will be proactive in the marketing and leasing of the property.

Essential Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of leases for potential and existing clients.
  • Coordinate property viewings & follow-ups to prospective clients in a persuasive manner through evaluating clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule lease applications and adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
  • Prepare all lease-related paperwork, including validating application information and references.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate traffic.
  • Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
  • Respond to queries/leads and conduct property inspections regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications
  • Proven working experience as a Leasing Consultant
  • Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
  • Proven track record of successful sales
  • Basic understanding of MS Office
  • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
  • Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
  • Customer-focused approach
