Hiring immediately! Being a Boloco Driver is hard work but can also be a lot of fun. At Boloco, we LOVE making our guests happy.
Drivers are guaranteed to make $18/hour including tips - typically they make between $23-30/hour in 2023.
A Boloco Driver is expected to be a MASTER of the following:
- Delivery Service!
- Greeting every guest with a SMILE.
- Understanding and communicating allergies, special diets or other requests, etc.
- Practicing proper hygiene practices when serving food
- Working well and communicating with team members under pressure
- Be a safe driver with a clean driving record.
Delivery drivers can think on their feet and can find quick and guest-friendly solutions.
Requirements - Passion for food

- Reliability
- A safe driver with clean driving at least 18 years of age
- Reliable car to deliver in
- Must be a team player with a Can Do attitude and work well in a fast paced environment
- Can communicate with co-workers and our guests
