2ND SHIFT SANITATION SPECIALIST - Military veterans preferred

Maintain quality and production standards of the Sanitation team and production center, office space, and retail locations through sanitation procedures.Ensure SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) for all processes / equipment.Adhere to the company's GMPsAdhere to the company's HACCP and other food safety procedures.Proactively identify sanitation inconsistencies and work towards resolution.Utilize equipment, such as scissor lift, to clean and sanitize high or hard to reach places in the facility.Complete training and develop understanding of cleaning and food processing equipment in order to take down, sanitize, and reassemble parts of the production equipment as needed. Support Sanitation Supervisor with special sanitation projects as needed.Other duties as assigned by management.
