**Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.**

The Metro Sales Warehouse Associate is responsible for the daily operations of the Metro Sales warehouse including but not limited to receiving customer products and supplies, labeling and assigning warehouse locations, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, inventory control and reports, FedEx and UPS shipping, including freight and international orders. This position will operate a forklift while adhering to all safety protocols.

**What You Will Do:**
* Participate in regularly scheduled product inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
* Physical check in of newly arrived product, update computer inventory records and product put away
* Accurately and timely pick, pack and ship customer supply orders.
* Process customer returns including sending our UPS return labels
* Unload in-bound freight and UPS
* Reconcile previous days shipments for tracking # errors
* Maintain and update all supply bin locations
* Assist our will call customers
* Invoice sold equipment supply orders
* Maintain a neat and clean warehouse
* Update six sigma failure mode spreadsheet and monthly shipping numbers spreadsheet
* Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager
**Qualifications:**
* Must be able to work independently and as a team
* Must maintain an acceptable attendance record
* Must be able to lift or pull up to 70 pounds.
* Experience with pallet jacks and certified Forklift operation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Work flexibility - May assist in other departments
* High school diploma or equivalent
