**Company Description**
**M&C SPECIALTIES**, a business within the Pressure Sensitive Adhesives & Components division of Illinois Tool Works (ITW) located in Southampton, PA, is searching for an energetic, detail-oriented **Warehouse Associate** to join our team. **Job Description**
**SHIFT:** Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
**SUMMARY:**
* Prepare and execute daily shipments to customers
* Create shipping labels, verify shipment quantities, and prepare required documentation
* Receive finished product to stock and assign location in finished goods room
* Accurately maintain and monitor inventory
* Receive product from production and determine necessary packing activities per customer requirements
* Provide daily guidance to packing team
* Perform packing activities, as necessary
* Determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
* Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklift to transfer heavy material
**Qualifications**
Education: High School Diploma (or GED) required.
Skills/Experience:
* One to two years warehouse experience
* Computer skills, including experience with inventory or ERP system
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Good problem solving, multi-tasking and teamwork skills
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently
* A safety mindset and commitment to an accident-free workplace
* Ability to lift, move, carry up to 50 pounds
