Job Summary: Forklift Operator & Production workers safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing and shipping areas of the paper mill in St. Paul.
**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities: Successful candidates will be exposed to a wide variety of jobs in a large industrial worksite. Department duties (depending on position) may include:
Forklift, front end loader and other department equipment.
Operating production equipment set up and operation.
Maintaining department cleanliness and keeping equipment in safe working condition.
Training on additional jobs.
Keeping safe.
Other responsibilities as required.
**Qualifications**
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math, reading, writing and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have mechanical aptitude, a desire to learn manufacturing processes, and a desire to advance. Possess a strong sense of teamwork and caring for the safety of yourself and others. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Must be available to work day, afternoon, and night shifts on a rotating basis.
