Sales EngineerOur client located in Southern, NJ is currently looking for a Sales Engineer to add to the team. The company works in the wastewater treatment industry and is looking for someone that has experienced with selling a technical product. Please review the information below and if you feel you have the experience our client is looking for and would like to be considered for the position please apply.Responsibilities:* Providing sales management and support to independent salesmen, * Proposal preparation, * Answering prospect and customer calls and addressing their needs* Preparation of sales support literature, direct sales to end users, promoting of sales through corporate contacts at major companies* Expanding the sales network of independent sales representatives. Previous sales experience and knowledge of membrane filtration and wastewater treatment required.Job RequirementsRequirements:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Business Administration * Minimum of five years of work experience in manufacturing sales. experience with capital equipment and wastewater treatment industries greatly preferred * Strong computer skills a must (Email, Microsoft Excel etc.) * Able to effectively negotiate, mediate conflict, maintain an objective, have a professional and friendly demeanor and be able to learn about new products quickly.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Experience with manufacturing and production processes and engineering principles.* Ability to work well and communicate with all team members* Ability to travel domestically and internationally* Ability to read and comprehend work instructions written in English.
