The **Warehouse Associate** performs a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking and distribution and moving of office/copier equipment and supplies.

**KEY DUTIES:**

* Load and unload delivery vehicles containing a variety of equipment, accessories, and supplies

* Receive, inspect, process, crate and store a variety of copiers and accessories

* Verify receipts and packing slips against purchase orders to ensure accuracy, perform follow-up procedures on orders, and report damages, shortages and discrepancies

* Receive all equipment through EA and install bar code stickers on all received equipment

* Process orders by ensuring correct vendor part number and quantity is pulled, packaged and recorded in software.

* Maintain a variety of warehouse files for receiving and inventory transfer processes

* Receive, store, organize and rotate stock utilizing proper storage methods and procedures

* Pull equipment using Delivery and Acceptance document to include unbox, equipment, sticker equipment, document delivery and acceptance form

* Operate delivery vehicles, forklift, and other warehouse equipment

* Maintain storage areas and warehouse equipment in a neat, clean, orderly and safe manner

* Pull orders and perform periodic inventories; notify purchasing agent when accessories are below minimum acceptable levels

* Ship supplies, toner, parts, and equipment via UPS Worldwide shipping services.

* Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* High School diploma or equivalent is required.

* Forklift certification preferred.

* One year of warehouse experience involving the receipt, storage and distribution of equipment utilizing warehouse equipment is required.

* Experience operating forklift is mandatory.

* Experience in the office products or similar industry a plus.

**Requirements (Physical, Mental, Environmental Demands):**

* Must be able to hear auditory alarms, speak, concentrate, analyze and solve complex issues throughout the course of the work day

* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

* Must be able to read and comprehend technical documents and instructions throughout the course of the work day such as safety rules, installation instructions and procedure manuals, manufacturer assembly instructions.

* Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl throughout the course of the work day

* Must regularly be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, frequently lift and occasionally push and/or move up to 100 pounds.

* May be required to work outside normal business hours including evenings and/or weekends.
