Warehouse Associates are responsible for daily operations in the Ambius distribution center. This role is directly involved in all phases of the warehouse operations including customer service, inventory management, co-worker interactions, and warehouse maintenance.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform warehouse operations including plant & hard goods preparations for local deliveries, inventory management, order tracking, and vendor shipping/receiving and warehouse cleanliness.
* Fill daily orders as prescribed, communicating changes to management & co-workers.
* Receive and track hard goods movement throughout the facility.
* Maintain plant and hard goods quality & report inadequacies when found.
* Organize plants and hard goods based on seasonal needs.
* Perform monthly inventory and other tracking reports as required.
* Participate in monthly branch meetings and departmental meetings as scheduled.
* High school diploma or GED
* At least two years of warehouse or customer service experience
* Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings and weekends when needed.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly during the day with ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
* Detail oriented, energetic and a multi-tasker
* Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Able to work independently and enjoy hands-on work
* Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
* Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
* Must possess a valid drivers license and pass motor vehicle record search
