Wholesale Sales Assistant, Bodywear

The Sales Assistant role is responsible for administrative and clerical duties that support the Hugo Boss Bodywear business. Reporting to the Account Executive, this position will assist by communicating with our internal team and our wholesale customers tracking and maintaining orders, resolving any order-related issues, and assisting with the set-up of our showroom during market.

**What you can expect:**

* Monitor and report to Account Executives on shipping status and bookings.

* Communicate with Merchandising, Warehouse, and Traffic team to ensure prompt arrival of merchandise, including product check-in, ensuring availability of product, special order instructions, returns, etc.

* Coordinate and track delivery status and communicate with account base and external customers.

* Work with Majors, BOSS Shops, and Specialty Stores to resolve issues related to shipping, bookings, & reorders.

* Responsible for order management in SAP (update style cancellations, changes, cleaning orders at end of shipping season, etc)

* Ensure all orders are booked complete. Manage sell outs and substitutions, RTVs incl. EOS RTVs and swaps. Keep the RTV log updated and handle return issues with Return Departments.

* Monitor Travel Retail Accounts orders and shipments.

* Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle customer inquiries regarding order and shipping issues. Sell and book reorders from stock.

* Fix EDI related issues in SAP and communicate to customers regarding EDI transmissions/providing customers with PID and UPC data

* Monitor the release of pre-orders and stock orders for delivery

* Generate reports in BIS re: order history by door, delivery status

* Monitor monthly shipping numbers and accurately project future potential (SAP report). Help identify opportunities to drive business.

* Work with sales to resolve inventory issues (overages/shortages)

* Provide detailed inventory reports.

* Review actual shipments vs. forecasts

* Assist Account Executives with Market. Setting up appointments, organizing swatch cards, linesheet development, handling appointments with some specialty stores, etc. Work in the showroom and show clients the seasonal collection (as necessary).

* Manage all samples including ordering and sending samples to e-commerce businesses.

* Available to travel to local stores.

**Your profile:**

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

* Excellent written and oral skills.

* Customer/Client orientated.

* Analytical and detail oriented.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

* Preferred knowledge of SAP, BIS.

* Preferred knowledge of Amazon ordering process.
