Kemper System America is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator for Buffalo, NY. The Inside Sales Coordinator works collaboratively with the 360 Customer Support, Marketing and Sales Teams to support the proactive inside sales support processes. The Inside Sales Coordinator is a highly visible role which demands extensive customer service and support skills, a high level of professionalism.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Sales Support functions such as lead generation, KPI tracking, set up accredited seminars.
* Support CRM program by ensuring all activity stages are managed
* Plan and organize corporate meeting and sales event functions
* Process customer orders and conduct clear and effective customer communication by working with various departments
