**Description**
Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring Warehouse Associates on 1st and 2nd shift in Baltimore, Maryland. **Starting pay is $21.00 per hour.** The Warehouse Associate positions are responsible for accurately pulling parts to fill orders, packaging orders, and shipping orders to internal and external customers. Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack, a plus.
Requirements for the Warehouse Associate positions include:
* Self-starter able to work with limited supervision.
* Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Comfortable operating a scanner and computer.
* Able to work additional hours to meet business and customer demands.
Physical requirements must be met for the Warehouse associate jobs, including the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 70 pounds, including bulky objects. Will occasionally be required to maneuver items weighing in excess of 70 pounds. These positions require repeated reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending and climbing.
