**Description/Job Summary**
The Shipping Material Hander is responsible for prompt scanning and loading of trailers from pallets for customer orders and/or interplant shipments. **Responsibilities/Duties**
* Operating handheld scanner and computer terminal.
* Insure cases are in good condition prior to loading
* Scan cases to pallet or slip sheet
* Calculating quantities and cases based on order requirements.
* Preparing area for loading.
* Attaching necessary labels and shipping documents.
* Utilizing equipment necessary for staging and loading orders.
* Securing trailer.
* Visually checking trailer for damage prior to loading.
* Maintaining flow of pallet goods into trailer.
* Loading cases onto trailer in a neat and orderly fashion.
* Maintaining accurate count of cases loaded.
**Required Experience**
0-3 months relevant job experience **Required Qualifications**
