**Position Overview**

The Sales Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Team. The Sales Administration Assistant is expected to proficiently discuss generic Cast & Crew information, internally and externally, and assist in general client inquiries.

**Responsibilities**

* Answering the sales team phones.

* Assist clients with issues and escalate as needed across all verticals.

* Assist sales team and clients with rate sheet requests.

* Liaise between sales and other departments.

* Delivery of supplies and SWAG to clients.

* Project setups and Client information into Salesforce.

* Track release dates, acquire one sheets, coordinate office posters and distribute to satellite offices.

* Maintenance and Updating Salesforce.

* Production Accountant project and resume updates into Salesforce, potential email and phone communication with Production Accountants.

* Assist Sales team with marketing lists, gift lists and maintain distribution lists.

* Assist in coordinating activities associated with client events (guest lists, invitations, vendors, etc.).

* Assist in ticket distribution to events/games and possibly attend.

* Maintain inventory of the items and swag in the sales and marketing storage closet.

* Attend our booth at conferences to represent Cast & Crew.

* Assist in tracking cold calls and incoming emails for response from sales team or route them to other Departments.

* Ask and gather project specific information from the incoming cold calls/emails for the sales team to respond.

**Qualifications**

* Four-year college degree preferred.

* Computer and Software experience PC skills, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel, Salesforce, XAuthor.

* Excellent customer service and communication skills.

* Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

* Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and communicate with all levels within the organization.

* Ability to work under own initiative and under strict timeframes.

* Multi-level relationship building skills.

* Ability to work towards team and individual goals.

* Must exhibit sense of urgency with client servicing.

* Maintain an understanding of products and services to interact with clients.

* Excellent time management skills.

* Flexibility to shift priorities as needed to service the teams clients.

* Self-motivated, must be able to work independently, goal and people oriented.

**Special Work Conditions**

* Sedentary - involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.
