Sales Engineer / Integration Developer - Military veterans preferred

A key component to making that happen is to offer a smooth and delightful integration of our products to customer websites. Were looking for customer oriented developer who can develop and maintain solutions for how Cylindo products are implemented to websites and other digital environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be in a fast paced startup and work with some of the biggest brands and retailers in the world, and implement solutions that will be used by millions of people worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
Constantly improve how Cylindo products are integrated through research, prototyping and staying on top of latest trends
Develop and maintain Cylindo 360 Viewer plug-ins and extensions for eCommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify and Hybris
Work together with design and product team to create awesome integration templates and examples
Work together with engineering and customer success to create technical documentation with interactive examples
Support sales & marketing team by answering questions and participating in calls
Troubleshooting and acting as third level support for technical enquiries
Preferred skills & experience
Extensive development experience with at least one of the top five e-commerce platforms
Previous experience with participating in sales meetings as a technical representative
Detail oriented with a flair for design and what makes good UX

Analytic minded, able to gather requirements from customer inputs and get to the core of problems quickly
You are ambitious, self-driven and result oriented
Strong work ethic and commitment
Positive, team-oriented attitude
