Responsibilities:

• Material Handlers are responsible for pulling (physical lifting) orders, loading and unloading of trucks, loading batteries for customers and may include making occasional non-CDL deliveries.
• Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. More than 50 lbs. to be lifted with proper lift assistance.
• Ensure product is shipped out meeting East Penn Mfg. quality standards.
• Must be highly motivated, detailed, and have good communication skills.
• Responsible for utilizing FIFO.
• Ability to use an electric pallet jack preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred on both stand up and sit down forklifts.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week, but candidate may be requested to work overtime.
• Works under the direction of a Warehouse Lead or the Warehouse Manager; reports to Warehouse Manager.
