**Forklift Operator**

Yard/Operations Mokena, Illinois Minimum Experience **Mid-level** Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a Forklift Operator at our Mokena, IL location. This position is full-time with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

* Must demonstrate safe and proper use of equipment at all times

* Responsible for pulling and accurately building orders for loading onto delivery trucks

* Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment

* Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation

* Work independently and with team members under tight deadlines

* Follow all company policies and procedures

* Complete any additional task requested by management

Requirements:

* Maintain a valid driver's license

* Must pass pre-employment drug screen

* Experience in load building in a lumber yard and/or forklift experience

* Exceptional leadership, customer service, and problem solving skills required

* Ability to lift over 50lbs

* Work outside in temperatures ranging from extreme heat to extreme cold

* Organizational skills, ability to do basic math and read a tape measure

* Proficient scoring on all candidate testing
