Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding!

- Jefferson: Festus
- South: South St Louis County- Kennerly Rd
- Washington: Washington, MO
- Lincoln: Troy, MO
Float Pool Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum 3 years Emergency Department RN experience. Six months of this experience should be within the last year
- Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
- Preferred Education: BSN
- License: current RN license in our state
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
Mercy Regional Travel RN:If you are an experienced ER RN (must have 3 years' experience), we have a Regional Travel position. The Registered Nurse will travel to all our Mercy St. Louis area hospitals!
Travel Perks:- Base Rate (calculated off experience) PLUS an additional Float Incentive
