Overview:Mercy is currently seeking applications for full-time
Regional Resource RNs. Candidates for these roles must be able and willing to travel to surrounding Mercy Arkansas facilities, including:
- Rogers
- Berryville
- Springdale
- Bella Vista
- Fort Smith
- All critical access hospitals in AR- Booneville, Waldron, Paris, and Ozark
The types of specialties worked in this role include
Med Surg, ED, and Critical Care. Candidates must be available for day and night shift for the Regional Resource Pool.
Shift incentive pay starting at $15/hour (when staffing patients)! Competitive pay, shift differentials, weekend differentials, and weekend option opportunities available! *Weekend Option positions are eligible for up to an additional $7.50/hr differential!*Qualifications:- Experience: 2 years RN experience. Must have ED or ICU experience.
- Education: Graduate of a state approved professional nurse program
- License: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
