HVAC Technician- Starting at $20.00 per hour - Military veterans preferred

Job Summary: This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 ·        Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment? 

·        Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems? 

·        Installation of duct work and A/C equipment? 

·        Installation of Refrigeration equipment? 

 

Skills and Qualifications: 

 ·        Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration? 

·        5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment? 

·        5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment? 

·        Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License? 

·        Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.?? 

·        Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays? 

·        Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment? 

·        Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations? 

 

Qualifier:

·        Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances

·        Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure

·        Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure
