Job Description

U.S. Bank has an exciting new opportunity for a Relationship Manager with our Commercial Real Estate Team in Seattle. This will solicits, develop, and service a wide variety of real estate commercial loans. Grow revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing relationships. They will be responsible for large and complex real estate loans, including real estate investments, income property, development, construction loans, etc. Sustains profitability and growth of portfolio.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- Five or more years of commercial real estate experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in commercial real estate loan portfolios and relation to industry
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $165,325.00 - $194,500.00 - $213,950.00Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
