Syntasa, a leader in using big data processing, AI/ML, and cloud computing to understand digital behavior, is seeking a self-motivated, collaborative, and intellectually curious customer solutions engineer to create solutions assets that help grow our business. This role requires a high level of technical capability, and ingenuity, as well as an ability to work independently and proactively moving actions forward, problem-solving, communicating, and collaborating.

Key Responsibilities:

Design technical solutions for clients using the Syntasa analytics platform

Build demonstration systems to demonstrate the value of solutions to prospective clients

Gather, develop, and maintain technical assets related to various solutions to improve the efficiency of delivery teams and the efficacy of sales motions

Create and document solution overviews for prospective clients based on our existing suite of solutions

Work with the business and sales team to create problem statements, understand and address pain points and deliver cogent implementable proposals

Customize and document solution details for new client deliveries based on established understanding of client needs

Develop and maintain a relationship with technical teams at clients to learn the challenges they're facing and design solutions addressing those needs

Work alongside sales, project management, and delivery team members to present products and solutions to clients, answer technical questions, and address technical issues that may arise during delivery

Experience with and desire to further knowledge around technical concepts in big data, data science, and AI/ML, to deliver solutions related to digital behavior, sentiment analytics, and constituent insights

Required qualifications:

Technical skills applied in the areas of big data, analytics, visualizations, dashboards, AI/ML, and cloud computing

Basic knowledge of SQL (exploring data and building basic transformations) and Python (ability to understand and reuse code samples to perform different task like loading data and calling APIs)

Experience designing client-focused solutions aligned to customer needs

Experience with software engineering, architecture design, and solution development

An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of self-directed learning, adapting quickly to solve problems, and take initiative and accountability to get things done.

Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering, or similar work experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
