Job Summary:Manage NuConcepts as a standalone business, including:Supervision of the manufacture of restrooms, restroom trailers and sinksManage the relationships with the company's suppliers and vendorsMaintain proper inventory levelsHave the vision and ability to implement strategies for the development of future productsResponsible for the company's financial reporting activitiesSupport the sales and marketing activities for the companyReceives Direction From:Position reports to and receives direction from the CEO of the parent company. Work with CFO for P&L's and financial reports.Examples of Essential Duties and responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:•Generate the sales of NuConcepts products•Generate and implement marketing strategies for the company•Oversee the construction and new design of Nu-Concepts restrooms, restroom trailers and sinks•Represent the company at appropriate trade shows•Oversee the accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for the company•Supervise the company's employees and embrace/support the Andy Gump culture•Ensure facility is operating efficiently, cost effectively and safely•Be able to assume the duties and responsibilities of the other team members in their absence•Manage / direct the company's safety program•Manage inventory and parts•Manage and oversee the company's physical facility•Communicate key metrics to CEO via bi-weekly emailsRequirementsQualifications GuidelinesExperience:Experience in managing and supervising team membersExperience in manufacturing/production or fabrication environmentPrior experience operating a business or division including bottom line responsibility is preferredEducation and/or Training:B.A. or B.S. degree in business related field or 5 years manufacturing experienceDetailed familiarity with accounting software is required (e.g. Quickbooks and Navision)Knowledge of, or ability to learn, a computer aided drawing program is a plusGeneral knowledge of Word, Excel and computer network/hardware is requiredKnowledge:A general knowledge of construction principles is necessary (a DIY philosophy) including: General knowledge of various hand and power tools General knowledge of welding and fabrication General knowledge of electrical and plumbing activities Be able to generate or construct reports and spreadsheets that detail operations of the companySkills/Abilities: •Must be able to work effectively with fellow employees•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Be self-motivatedBi-lingual is a plus (English and Spanish)We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex (including childbirth, breastfeeding and related medical conditions), gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, uniform service member and veteran status, pregnancy, age, protected medical condition, genetic information, disability or any other protected status in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.Andy Gump participates in the E-Verify program.
