**Community Sales Associate - Long Island Rough Riders (Garden City NY)**

**Job Purpose**

* The Sales Associate will be a part of a dedicated sales team responsible for attaining overall sales, membership and attendance goals by selling all Company products including, but not limited to, single and group tickets, sponsorship's, instructional services, club membership, leagues and tournament subscriptions, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maximize usage of Companys CRM platform to compile and manage leads resulting in long-term customer relationships and increased sales.

* Build trust and professional business relationships which result in purchases and repeat business

* Set, assign and meet weekly productivity requirements for out-bound communication with prospect leads and customers

* Use strategic telemarketing, email and face-to-face appointments to contact potential customers

* Meet or exceed assigned sales goals for Company events to both business and individual consumers

* Communicate to pre and post event customers to ensure the best possible membership experience

* Network at various outside events including attending charities, club boarding meetings, business after-hours events, charities and conventions with intent to conduct professional meetings with potential customers, vendors and/or sponsors

**Qualifications**

* 4-year college degree or combination of equivalent education and work-related experience

* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of Company goals and initiatives

* Display strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

* Self-motivating personality, eager to succeed and increase revenue

* High stamina, ability to handle pressure, must be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast pace work environment with challenging demands and frequent changes

* Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor and can interact with all levels of the organization and outside contacts

* Confidence, tact and persuasive manner

* Demonstrate a positive and team-oriented attitude

* Strong networking skills

* Approachable and diplomatic

* Enthusiastic, energetic and imaginative

* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

**Team Responsibilities:**

* Maintain day to day communication with supervisor while attending staff meetings as required.

* Assist with the operations of Globall Events, including but not limited to, Long Island Rough Riders matches, tournaments, special events, etc.

* Adhere to all budgetary guidelines while obtaining approval for all financial matters that pertain to each business segment of the Company.

* Ensure day to day communication with management while providing weekly analysis of work, maintaining current and accurate records of individual work.

* Maintain the highest possible level of public image, professionalism and integrity to all customers, sponsors and Company employees.

* Develop and increase contact management database, includes inputting and importing data into Companys customer relation management software.

* Manage and direct phone inquiries to appropriate departments while responding to customer inquiries with up-to-date and accurate information.

* Ensure proper compliance of brand identity within Companys guidelines, including wearing appropriate apparel for all Globall Events

**Hours:**

* Total of 40 hours per week

* Specific days and times are varied based on the needs of the company.

* Hours worked will be combination of daytime, evening and weekend based on the event calendar and needs of the company.

* Hours to be completed as a mixture of Globall Corporate Office (Glen Cove, NY) and at the Globall Sports Center (Garden City, NY).

**Compensation Package:**

* Competitive salary and commission structure commensurate with experience
