**About the Role:**

LG H&H is looking for a Sales Support Specialist that can support our Key Account Managers with day-to-day operations with a focus on accounts receivables. This role will manage customer billing, invoices, chargebacks, and ensure accuracy with accounts statuses.

**Responsibilities**

* Works with Key account sales and Finance Management in selling, servicing, and retaining brokers and clients.

* Completes projects as requested by sales directors.

* Directly supports the Sales Managers in the regions assigned in the acquisition of new business, in such activities as open enrollment meetings, administrative projects and support team activities.

* Coordinates Sales system and reporting activity to include reporting support and data validation, triage and issue resolution, updates and enhancement, and procedure maintenance.

* Build analytics and reporting to support the sales team, including pipeline projections

* Support periodic reporting on sales activity and forecasting for an executive audience

* Manage customer accounts and perform bookkeeping

* Posting of Daily Cash Receipts- Wires and Deposits

* Maintenance and Review of all Companies A/R Module- Client Set Up

* Maintenance and Review of all companies A/R Aging

* Customer service collection calls

* Assist with cash flow projections.

* Assist Finance department Flow status changes.

* Special projects as needed.

* Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

**Requirements**

* BA degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred

* 2+ years of work experience

* Demonstrated competency in multi-tasking, independent decision making, and overseeing operational processes.

* Must have excellent computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and in conducting market research.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

* Impeccable organizational skills are a must

* Must be willing to work flexible schedules as needed
