The Role :

Hybrid in NY, NY (2 - 3 times per week).

As the Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving IT services sales, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the Property and casualty domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, and project management, and a deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry.

What you'll do?

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Leverage your extensive IT services sales experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Property & Casualty domain.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  2. Project Management:

    • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of IT services projects related to the P&C insurance sector.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and aligning IT solutions to address those needs.
    • Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Domain Expertise:

    • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Property & Casualty insurance domain to provide strategic guidance to both clients and internal teams.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions.
  5. Financial Management:

    • Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
    • Provide accurate financial reporting and forecasting to internal stakeholders


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10-15 years of experience of account management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling IT services within the P&C insurance domain.
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes, technologies, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
