The Solutions Engineering team is looking for an additional SE leader to join our New York City office in Manhattan. The SE manager is responsible for leading and developing a high performing Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team. The candidate should be a proven

technical leader

in a fast-paced environment whos highly motivated, entrepreneurial, with excellent follow-up and follow-through.
Responsibilities

People Leader:

Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team

Technical Leader:

Technical coach, mentor, and problem solver helping with technical escalations and navigating complex technical solutions

Builder:

Identify gaps, show initiative, and take ownership to build out programs and processes in support of the SE team

Connector:

work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments e.g. sales, product, support, enablement, marketing, etc

Career Champion:

develop and grow the teams skillset through coaching, mentoring, and enablement

Travel Requirement: Up to 25%

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, IT Security, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar from an accredited university

Strong background in

IT infrastructure

and

network/security

fundamentals

Proven track record in leading high performing sales engineering teams and working closely with sales teams and product teams

Experience building out programs and driving high impact projects and initiatives

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic with excellent follow-up and follow-through
