Job Title: Senior Proposal Manager - Civil Construction

Job Overview:
As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will be a cornerstone of success for our clients in the civil construction industry. Your role will be pivotal in overseeing the proposal development process, working collaboratively with clients and our internal teams to craft compelling proposals that align with their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies seeking proposal management services.
Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are achieved.
Manage a high-performing team of proposal coordinators and specialists, providing guidance and support throughout the proposal cycle.
Develop compelling proposal content, including technical narratives, executive summaries, and project descriptions.
Collaborate with clients to define winning bid strategies, pricing structures, and value propositions.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with RFP/RFQ requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to tailor proposals effectively.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Efficiently manage proposal budgets and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5 years of experience in proposal management within the construction industry.
Demonstrated success in managing and winning large-scale civil construction proposals.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of civil construction practices, terminology, and regulations.
Proficiency in proposal management software and tools.
