**Position Summary**

This position provides support to the Sales organization on general sales-related matters, business policy and procedural issues. May assist in the development of new tools used by the sales organization and help in removing barriers to execution. Drive consistency and process efficiency within the sub-market.

**Job Description**

Serves as a primary resource for sales consultants, account managers and Account Directors to understand Sales Process, business policies and procedures for all Pre-Sale and Post-Sales issues. Consults with Sales managers to resolve problems and interprets information/policies and procedures. Monitors data and provides analysis to illustrate sales trends, identify weaknesses in current sales execution and support future sales strategy.

Manages the coordination and investigation of order processing activities, fulfillment, compensation and other requests ongoing basis. Provide support on the wider organizational initiatives and help in execution. Optimal utilization of the resources within the team and address any concerns.

**Knowledge & Skill**

* Liaise with Order Management Specialists (OMS) for order processing, credits procedures, Genesis, GRC systems, etc.

* Experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of technical discipline or specialism

* Provides subject matter expertise across sub-units

* Strong understanding of other roles within the function or Business Unit and how they are connected

* Knowledge of relationships between all relevant groups within the company

* Adapts traditional approaches to solutions and applies in different circumstances

* Demonstrates mastery of a specific discipline across a range of related issues

* Play a supporting role in the annual price increase process e.g. reporting on contractual exceptions and business exceptions

**Scope of Impact:**

* Demonstrates mastery of a specific discipline across a range of related issues

* Leads routine projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

* Drive interlock calls with Order Management, Credit Management and SAM for efficiency improvement

* Train and couch the team member and manage the attrition

* May train or mentor professional colleagues

* Manage people management activities like one-on-ones, quarterly connect discussion and motivate

**Planning & Decision Making:**

* Makes recommendations that may improve the process and remove barriers to execution

* Determines the nature of complex or undefined problems; independently identifies the best solution from many alternatives

* Escalates higher risk or more unique problems

* Drive specific activities to support SAM (Pending Book, Bill Block, Credit Notes, PI etc..)

* Decisions require interpretive thinking and some judgment in developing solutions
