Who we are looking for
We are looking for hard working, team oriented, positive and energetic individuals who like to be challenged. We work hard, but have a lot of fun and reward team members frequently and significantly for their efforts. All team members have to pass a pre-employment drug screen AND monthly random tests conducted at the facility.
Minimum qualifications
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and future random drug tests
Must be on time and work scheduled hours
Must understand and read work tickets and inspection reports in English
Must have basic math skills and the ability to use and understand a tape measure
Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours a day and be able to frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodations
Must be at least 18 years old
1 year or more in an industry involving wood products, cabinetry, construction, millwork or similar preferred
