**Function:** The Transportation Admin provides administrative support to the Transportation and DOT functions at IHC Scott
**Key Activities:**
* Visualizes and implements the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values
* Ensures all equipment usage is tracked and recorded appropriately through creating down time reports, updating, and verifying equipment hours, entering and updating standby time
* Creating daily field logs for Transportation Department
* Verifies equipment hours for payroll
* Performs miscellaneous tasks as directed by supervisors
* Helps with miscellaneous tasks as requested
* Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
**Knowledge and Skills:**
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Displays basic knowledge of equipment administration and processes
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Works well individually and in a team
* Able to perform duties effectively and efficiently in a time-sensitive environment
* Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
* Basic knowledge of DOT compliance
* Data entry and previous clerical experience preferred
**Physical Requirements:**
* Sedentary work, requiring lifting to 25lbs
* Repetitive motion associated with operating a computer and other office equipment
* Inside, climate-controlled working conditions
