**Undercover Shopper**
**Seasonal Job Duties:** Comply with all Six Flags Fiesta Texas policies and procedures. Operate in a safe manner. Be an active team member. Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members. Follow all delegated tasks assigned. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. Conduct shopping audits and report writing. Other duties maybe assigned. **Other Functions:** The Loss Prevention Department at Six Flags Fiesta Texas currently runs a Shopper program that assists in the tracking of: policies and procedures, employee misconduct, and quality control issues. Shoppers work in teams and are required to portray themselves as guests at all times. After receiving their assignments with marked money from the Loss Prevention Department Supervisor in charge, shoppers will spend the majority of their shift making observations and passing marked money at both assigned and random locations. At the conclusion of their shift, shoppers will turn their equipment and currency back to the Supervisor in charge while finalizing written documentation of each shop performed. While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties when circumstances (e.g., emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs, or technological developments) dictate. **Minimum Qualifications:** For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language. Be available to work flexible hours: mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends (within the limits of applicable Federal, State and facility labor laws and guidelines.) Applicants must be able to pass a background screening. Strong verbal and written skills; must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work indoors with artificial lighting and outdoors in all weather conditions.
