What you will do

As a valued member of our team, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with clients across various levels, including data owners, analytic users, and C-Suite executives. You'll partner with our clients' leadership teams to understand their business imperatives and craft a data strategy aligned with their goals and supported by robust data governance.

You will:

  • Lead and effectively project manage analytics strategy engagements and implementation programs
  • Conduct strategic assessments of our clients' current data landscape, analytics capabilities, and data needs by leading stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs, identify security and privacy requirements, and define analytical use cases
  • Quantify the business impact of identified use cases and deliver a product roadmap by prioritizing the use cases for delivery
  • Develop analytics strategy project deliverables including frameworks, policies, and presentations to ensure stakeholder alignment and outcomes are achieved
In collaboration with a data architect, you'll define critical data domains, map out future state architecture, and provide recommendations to ensure our clients establish a strong data foundation. Moreover, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping practice offerings and assets and driving analytics strategy sales pipeline, while also leading strategy projects for clients on topics like:
  • Enterprise Analytics Strategy
  • Gen AI Strategy
  • Data Products & Monetization
  • Data Strategy & Governance
As an Engagement Manager with a focus on Data Governance, you will also:
  • Design data governance strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned to client's organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Establish, track, and measure data governance adoption in addition to the strategic value of data quality improvements.
  • Conduct initial data quality assessments and identify recommendations to improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency and make the business case for remediation
  • Stay current with data privacy regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

You pride yourself on delivery excellence and can lead the execution of all types of analytics strategy projects related to our offerings.
  • 5+ years of analytics strategy development and execution experience
  • 3+ years of consulting experience
  • 5+ years of recent experience leading or executing Data Strategy & Data Governance initiatives in a large-scale, complex organization
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive data governance programs and demonstrated ability to deliver Data Strategy deliverables
  • Six Sigma, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC), Total Quality Management (TQM) or similar continuous improvement experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional client teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance
  • Working knowledge and experience in
    • one or more cloud provider/solutions such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP
    • multiple Data and Analytics solutions and tools such as dbt, Alteryx, Collibra, Alation, Fivetran, Matillion, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
    • Machine Learning and RPA
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, computer science, information management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred

This position is fully-remote; however, Atlanta-based applicants will have the opportunity to work in our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters.
