Your Role

The Engagement Manager

will

play a critical role in fostering a culture of open communication, collaboration, and engagement within the organization. This position

will be

responsible for managing all employee-facing communication channels, developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and programs, facilitating new hire orientation sessions, conducting employee engagement surveys, and assisting with annual talent management pr

ograms

.
Primary Functions of the

Engagement Manager

Include:

Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy to ensure consistent and effective communication with employees across all levels of the organization.
Create and distribute internal communications, including newsletters, memos, announcements, and intranet updates, to keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and events.

Ensure that communication materials and initiatives reflect diverse perspectives and experiences, and are accessible to all employees.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging across all communication channels.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, programs, and activities to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, and promote a sense of belonging and connection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engagement campaigns, events, and recognition programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to drive continuous improvement.
Design, implement, and manage DEI programs and initiatives aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the organization's culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to review and enhance onboarding content, including training materials, resources, and modules.
Coordinate with

People and Culture

and departmental leaders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including providing resources and support to facilitate their integration into the team.
Plan, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and insights on employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels.
Develop action plans based on survey results to address areas of improvement and enhance employee engagement and retention.
Manage and maintain the employee-facing SharePoint site as a central hub for internal communications, resources, and tools.
Ensure the site is user-friendly, up-to-date, and accessible to all employees, and regularly review and update content as needed.
Support the annual talent management process, including performance reviews, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development discussions.
Assist

the Learning and Development team

and departmental leaders in coordinating and facilitating talent management activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
Perform other related responsibilities as assigned

How You Qualify

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields
Strong understanding of employee communication best practices, engagement strategies, and survey methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for various audiences
Proven ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs that drive positive outcomes
Experience facilitating group meetings, presentations, and training sessions
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint or similar intranet platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
