Join our dedicated in-house legal department where you can make a significant impact! We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant who excels in supporting a diverse group of legal and audit experts. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively, enabling them to focus on what they do best—delivering exceptional legal and audit services in a timely and professional manner.

 This position requires daily in-office presence.

 What you do

  • Manages officer and attorney schedules and travel arrangements.
  • Screens and responds to incoming correspondence, inquiries, paper mail, and phone calls.
  • Responsible for the receiving, organization, coordination, and follow-up of both electronic and paper files and records.
  • Assists in managing expenditures by paying invoices and tracking to a budget.
  • Creates and maintains reports, charts, and graphs.
  • Reviews or edits forms and other legal documents.
  • Acts as back-up and temporary coverage for paralegals as needed.
  • Coordinates team meetings and Lunch & Learns; organizing everything including locations, guest speakers, tech, and food.
  • Gathers, compiles, verifies, and analyzes information.
  • Creates presentation materials and prepares documents.
  • Works through competing priorities while still meeting deadlines and with high accuracy.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality of sensitive information.

 What you bring

  • H.S Diploma or GED required
  • 2-4 years of related experience required
  • Preferred Notary and Digital Notary (or a willingness to obtain)
  • Preferred experience working for a law firm or in-house counsel
