This position is within IT in support of the Patient Services and Medical Affairs areas. This position supports the Medical Affairs and the IT PS Connected Eco system between Genmab Patient Services, Patients, Care Partners, Health Care Provide Offices and other 3rd parties.

 

Job Responsibilities

Solution Architect

o Report to Product Management and is a key member of Product Oriented Delivery (POD) team(s). Provide updates to Product Management on progress against requirements, and report any risk and issues impacting scope

o Perform Solution Architect responsibilities for multiple digital products

o Architect Solutions, across technologies, into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform, are highly functional, scalable, easily maintained and using best practices through standard configuration and custom development, where applicable

o Lead technical design sessions, designing and advise on technical best practices for solution design

o Ensure documentation of technical solutions occurs

o Provide technical direction of Salesforce implementations including:

o   Complete Advanced Apex programming including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, trigger handling, asynchronous operations, integration patterns, and effective unit testing

o Coach, Lead and mentor junior technical team members, off-shore developers

o Development of custom solutions and integrations

o Providing hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues including providing support for troubleshooting production issues

o Create presentations for solution options, system design, solution option proposals, support the creation of business cases and engage business stakeholders to validate design questions

o Conduct code reviews

o Present on technical solutions to both business and IT&D colleagues

o Interact with internal Genmab colleagues as well as external 3rd party vendor colleagues

o Demonstrate technical thought leadership

o Ability to create Knowledge of modern Salesforce DevOps best practices

o Experience with Agile project development

o Stay current with evolving Salesforce features and offerings

o Provide input on the creation and execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution

o Follow all cyber security standards to protect PHI and PII

 

Qualifications:

o       Computer Science, or related, Bachelor’s degree, required

o       Solution Architect: 10 years of Solution Architecture experience, minimum 5 years of Salesforce architect experience, required.  Developer experience, a plus

o       Salesforce Health cloud platform experience, required

o       Healthcare experience, required

o       PHI, PII experience, required

o       Jira and Confluence experience, required

o       Problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally either on a team or as an individual contributor, required

o       Understanding of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health cloud and common AppExchange solutions

o      Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Metadata, etc.)

o      Some Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Components, a plus

o       Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce

o       Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle

o       Excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills

       Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

o       Pharmaceutical industry experience, a plus

o       Medical Affairs experience, a plus

o       Salesforce Digital Experience Platform experience, a plus

o       Patient Services experience, a plus

o       Oncology and Immunology experience, a plus

o       GxP, SOX experience, a plus

 

Location:

o     3 days a week to Princeton, NJ or Berkley Heights, NJ site, depending on the role.  Remote 2 days a week

 

 

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$138,750.00---$231,250.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
