The role:This is a fantastic opportunity to support the US Sales with the main objective to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction through identifying, processing, and facilitation of customer orders. You will also have an opportunity to develop new customer relationships whilst maximising sales from existing accounts to achieve both individual and team targets. Some key tasks include:Support Outside Sales Reps, handling all administrative duties for the Sales teamPerforming data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key dataCreating and processing sales in a timely mannerExpediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as requiredAnswering phone calls Developing potential sales from inbound inquiries and cold calls Proactively identifying new sales leadsPresenting CC's products and services to new and existing customersMaintaining strong relationships with existing customersNegotiating with customers by phone, email, video, and in personProducing weekly activity reportsCold calling and prospecting Following up with old leads with the aim of converting to active customersCompiling daily lists of leads Aiding management team members and executives as neededFollowing up marketing initiativesThis is a permanent position working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) in our Lincoln office. The requirements:To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a team environment but also have the ability to work independently. You will also have the following essential skills and attributes:Excellent organization skillsStrong analytical skills with outstanding attention to detailConfident communicator (written and verbal) with excellent negotiation skillsCreative thinker and problem solverKnowledge of Microsoft Office packagesAbility to balance long term projects with daily demandsSQL, Salesforce and Fishbowl experience is advantageous but not essential.
