Together, let's shape the future of data center infrastructure with innovation, excellence, and a passion for sustainable growth.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Tate Inc. This role will serve as the subject matter expert and technical advisor for our structural engineered products specifically designed for the Cloud industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, providing technical support, and fostering strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities:•Serve as the primary technical resource for our structural engineered products within the Cloud industry.•Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and product demonstrations.•Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.•Develop customized solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements and challenges of our clients.•Provide expert guidance and support throughout the sales cycle, including product selection, specification, and implementation.•Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, address technical inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.•Stay up to date on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product development, to drive product enhancements and innovation.•Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and other sales collateral as needed.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.•Proven experience in technical sales, engineering, or consulting within the Cloud industry.•Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and their application to Cloud infrastructure.•Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.•Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.•Willingness to travel as needed to support client meetings, conferences, and industry events.Benefits:•Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.•Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.•Retirement savings plan with employer matching.•Collaborative and inclusive work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.Equal Opportunity Employer: Tate Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
